How to maintain pool filters

1, The swimming pool filter should run continuously for 24 hours.

2. The  backwash cycle shall meet the following requirements:

1) the continuous running time up to 3 days shall be backwashed; 2) If the swimming pool shall be closed for more than 5 days,  pool filters shall be backwashed before discontinuation; 3) the backwash method shall be carried out in accordance with standard operating procedure. If conditions permit, air can be added regularly and  use water to do backwashed; 4) the filters should be backwashed one by one, not 2 or more than 2 filters at the same time for backwashing; 5) backwash shall ensure adequate flushing intensity and water pressure. When backwashing does not meet the clean water's requirements, the backwashing shall not be interrupted.

3, The daily record should not be less than the following:

A filter running time; B. The change of inlet and outlet water pressure should be recorded every 4 hours during operation; C backflush time.

4, the multi-directional valve on the filter is not allowed to operate with pressure, and must be operated in the no-pressure state of shutdown.

5, multi-direction valve switch fully in place during operation.
