Shape - rectangular pools work with almost all kinds of standard automatic covers, like PC pool cover and safety PVC pool cover, and Aluminium slat pool cover, sliding pool cover, and folding pool cover; round/oval need custom-cut and stand base-movable solutions of PC pool cover or PVC pool cover based on coving area; kidney/freeform require bespoke measurement of rectangular area to cover all ; L-shaped pools may need split-cover engineering.
Installation - above-ground pools limit you to choose Aluminum slat pool cover for within 3m pool, while in-ground pools open up all kinds of installation ways, like pit mount mechanism part, above ground tracks or under-coping tracks, and bench-mounted automatics, etc
Circulation - for PC pool cover skimmer pools have a freeboard gap that standard covers accommodate easily, but overflow (infinity-edge) pools need a small kit to avoid PC slat to floating out of pool. Packaging Advantages
Fumigation-Free Export Compliance – The pool cover is packed using 15mm laminated/composite wood crating, which meets international export standards without requiring fumigation treatment, helping avoid customs delays and additional fumigation costs.
Forklift-Friendly Base – A 10cm clearance is built into the bottom of the crate, allowing safe and efficient handling with a forklift during loading, unloading, and warehouse storage.
Reinforced Impact Protection – Both ends of the product are wrapped internally with bubble wrap, cushioning the cover and preventing damage from collisions or shifting during transit.
Hinged Lid for Easy Access – The top cover is secured with hinges rather than nails or screws, allowing quick, tool-free opening - convenient for customs inspections and effortless unboxing on the customer's end.

Delivery & Receiving Notice
For shipments under DDP terms, the logistics company will notify the customer 1–2 days in advance so a forklift or crane can be arranged for unloading.
Please also note the following:
Inspect at Signing – When signing for the goods, please carefully check both the condition and the quantity of the shipment. If any item is missing, the consignee must note this clearly on the front of the delivery receipt and report it within 12 hours of signing, so we can assist in filing a claim.
Claims Window – If a shortage is not noted on the signed delivery receipt, or is reported after the 12-hour window, we regret that we will be unable to process the claim.
Refused Delivery / Re-delivery Fees – If the customer refuses delivery (e.g., due to damage) and later requests re-delivery, any resulting secondary delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility.
Storage Fees (Uncontactable Recipient) – If the recipient cannot be reached after the goods arrive at the delivery point, storage ("warehouse rent") fees will begin accruing after 48 hours.
Regardless of the delivery method, please inspect the packaging and product for any damage immediately upon receipt.
