 Pool cycle cleaning

Connect the suction tube and the suction tube to the water and put them into the water. Turn on the circulation pump and push the suction head to suck dirt with a telescopic tube by the pool.

Note: If the suction is not enough, the valve on the main drain pipe can be closed properly and the suction will increase. The suction of the pump is large, and the cleaning port cannot be opened. During the cleaning process, the triangular suction head cannot often leave the water surface to prevent air from being sucked in and causing damage to the pump.

Sand tank backwash

Starting conditions: The circulating water pump is in the stopped state, and the return valve gate valve and the recoil drain valve are in the open state. Set the valves on the sand tank to the "BACKWASH" backwash position. Turn on the main circuit power of the water pump, and turn on the water pump for 3-5 minutes, and observe whether the water in the see-through vial is clear during the washing. Turn off the pump when clear. Set the valves on the sand tank to the "FILTER" normal filter position.

 Pump body

Check that the pump body is not damaged, the nameplate is intact, the direction of water flow is clear and clear, and the appearance is neat. Tighten the base screws and do rust-proof treatment. Flexible rotation without jamming. Add lubricating oil to the running parts regularly.

Motor

The appearance is neat, the nameplate is clear, all parts are fastened, and the ground is good. Remove the rust of the shell and brush the anti-rust paint. Disassemble the wire connecting piece in the motor junction box, and use a 500V megohmmeter to shake and measure the insulation resistance between the phase, phase and phase of the motor windings not less than 0.5MΩ. The three-phase wires and connecting pieces in the motor junction box should be tight and tight, no signs of heat discoloration, and clear signs. Add lubricating oil to the running parts regularly.

 Trial run

Turn on the main power and check that the power indication should be normal. Manually rotate the motor shaft, the rotation should be flexible. Jog to determine if the water pump is turning correctly, if there is any error, it should be corrected. The pump should run smoothly, without obvious vibration and abnormal sound, pressure indication is normal, current is unbalanced, less than 20%, and all electrical appliances in the control cabinet have no bad noise. Make maintenance records.
