Features:

1, DG type is a horizontal, single suction, multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump. The inlet and outlet of the pump are vertically upward. Tighten the bolts to connect the suction section, middle section and discharge section of the pump into one.

2. The pump rotor consists of impellers, balance disks and other parts mounted on the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump shaft. The bearings are lubricated with lubricating oil and cooled with circulating cold water. The axial force of the rotor is balanced by a balance disc.

3. Shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. There are seal boxes at both ends of the shaft, with soft packing or mechanical seals inside. Water with a certain pressure is passed into the seal box to play a water-seal and cooling function. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft. The pump is directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
